Texas Governor Calls for Prayers to End Wildfires.

Texas Governor Rick Perry asks his fellow Texans to turn to G-d in prayer to end the devastating wildfires in his state.

"Throughout our history, both as a state and as individuals, Texans have been strengthened, assured and lifted up through prayer," Perry said in a statement.

"It is fitting that Texans should join together in prayer to humbly seek an end to this ongoing drought and these devastating wildfires.

Vice Mayor of Chicago Declares Lubavitcher Rebbe is Moshiach

"And whereas the Lubavitcher Rebbe has issued a prophecy that the time of the Redemption has arrived and we must add in acts of goodness and kindness and accept the King Moshiach in a manner of pointing with one's finger and declaring "This is he, our righteous Moshiach":

Muslim Student Defends Israel at the U.N.

A brave and eloquent young man defends Israel in the hostile environment of the U.N. His words are a shining example of the process of refinement taking place among the nations of the world. When the European Union of Jewish students posted this video on YouTube, they added, "EUJS is very impressed by him and his bravery!"

Muslim student Amran Hussain, speaking on behalf of the European Union of Jewish Students, recently spoke out for Israel a session of the United Nations Human Rights Council, where he castigated the Council for anti-Israel bias.
“Why is Israel consistently and conspicuously singled out for condemnation on the grounds of human rights violations, yet the world turns a blind eye to the human rights situations in the Arab countries …or the Far East...or Africa?” he asked

A Small Miracle: Meet 'British Muslims for Israel'

A new British group called British Muslims for Israel thinks calls for Israel's destruction are "nonsense" and condemn Hamas and Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigade who are "determined to kill indiscriminately."
The group lobbies for Israel and highlights hypocrisy of Iran and Muslim dictatorships. A spokesman for the group, Hasan Afzal, explained in an interview with Channel 10 that Muslims in Israel are freer than they are under repressive Arab regimes.
